Advanced digitizing for converting images into embroidery files. If your image has more than one color and/or intricate details it is considered advanced. Please reach out beforehand if you are unsure.
You get to keep the file, it will be emailed to you after completion. Turnaround is 2 business days. Digitizing images into embroidery files has never been easier. With our advanced software, you'll receive a file that is compatible with all embroidery machines and can be completed in just 2 business days.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
All embroidery should be hand washed using no fabric softener and laid flat to dry for best results and longevity of garments. Lace items are spot clean only. Graphic tees should be washed inside out in cold water and low tumble dry.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Our processing time for orders with 10 pieces or less is 10-15 business days, orders with 11+ pieces is 20-25 business days.
Due to the custom made nature of these items we do not accept returns unless we have made an error when processing your order or there is a defect in your garment.
