How do I sign up for a wholesale account?

How do I know if my wholesale account is approved?

You will receive an email within 72 hours letting you know if you've been accepted or rejected.

What is the pricing for wholesale customers?

Unfortunately we aren't able to provide an easy structure for this due to it being embroidery. We do charge by the stitch and our wholesale customers are charged 75 cents per stitch whereas retail customers pay $1 per stitch and a $10 hooping fee. If you are viewing a product and are unsure if the pricing is correct please reach out via email or use the chat function on our website.

The discount isn’t working—what should I do?

Make sure you’re logged in with the email you applied with as this is the only way it will show you the correct pricing. Please note that if you place your order without the correct pricing we do not issue refunds. As a one time courtesy we will issue a store credit for the difference.

How do I convert an existing account to wholesale?

Fill out the wholesale signup form using the email for your existing account and provide all of the requested information so we can get you set up.

When will my order ship?

Turnaround times:
Under 10 pieces: 10–15 business days
10+ pieces: 20–25 business days

We don’t count weekends or holidays. Please don’t inquire before your turnaround time is up — doing so may result in revoked wholesale access, especially in cases where this is repeated behavior. Having to stop to answer emails directly affects the turnaround time of every order. Always check the FB group and Wholesale Updates page first.

How do i track my order?

Your email confirmation or logging into your account is the best way to find this information.

Tracking shipments with the SHOP app is not recommended as it is generally incorrect and confusing for customers.

My order is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Email support@merchgirls.us within 48 hours and include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of all invoice pages
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Clear description of the issue

Do not discard packaging or give items to customers before reporting the issue. Missing documentation may disqualify your claim.

How do I contact you?

Email is the preferred method of communication for most issues.

The website chat is available for quick product questions, however, if you have a question regarding something in the group we recommend commenting on the post or emailing.

Please choose only one method to reach out and allow up to 48 business hours for a reply.

We do not accept private DMs.

Do you have order minimums?

Nope! There are no order minimums for wholesale apparel.

Do you cancel, combine or split ship orders?

The general answer to this question is no, however, in rare circumstances we may stray from the policy.

  • Quick ship items combined with regular items follow the longer TAT
  • We do not split orders
  • We do not combine orders unless you have placed multiple orders in a row. We WILL combine orders that appear to be placed to bypass the longer TAT for larger orders.
  • We do not cancel orders after they've been placed.
  • We do not edit orders after they've been placed as it leaves lots of room for error and confusion. This usually results in an upset client so we prefer to avoid it.
Do you provide color charts?

We provide color charts for our thread, glitter HTV and fabrics. We do not provide color charts for shirts. This is because we purchase our charts from sellers and it would violate their TOS.

We recommend you purchase charts from Etsy or create your own in Canva. In some cases we will provide a color chart if we've made it ourselves.
