After months of trying to "fix" this issues and problem solve we have made the final decision to replace the white print head in our printer.
UGH THAT WAS EXPENSIVE!
Replacing this white print head will get rid of the requested extra wash. This part will not arrive until Tuesday. It will take about an hour to install and following that we should be back in action putting out amazing bright colors.
We have stopped all print production until the new part arrives. Please note that in your production turn around time. In the meantime I will be working on customs, new designs, tumblers and pretreating.
