How to personalize:
Enter your initials in the exact order you want them stitched. Traditional monogram order is first, LAST, middle, with the last-name initial larger in the center. For example, Sarah Elizabeth Bennett would be SBE.
Please double-check your initials and color selections before checkout. Each sweatshirt is made just for you, so personalized items are final sale.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
All embroidery should be hand washed using no fabric softener and laid flat to dry for best results and longevity of garments. Lace items are spot clean only. Graphic tees should be washed inside out in cold water and low tumble dry.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Our processing time for orders with 9 pieces or less is 10-15 business days, orders with 10+ pieces is 20-25 business days.
Due to the custom made nature of these items we do not accept returns unless we have made an error when processing your order or there is a defect in your garment. We do require that errors and defects be reported within 48 hours of delivery of your package.
