2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment must be received before orders are processed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.

3. Shipping & Turnaround

• Orders ship within 10–15 business days for retail purchases, 10–25 business days for bulk or wholesale orders and 5-7 business days for quick ship orders.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during peak times.

• Merch Girls is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages after shipment.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@merchgirls.us within 2 business days of delivery.

• We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, logos, and content on merchgirls.us are property of Merch Girls and may not be copied or used without permission.

• You agree not to use our products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
