We are aware there is a current issue at checkout if you have added an item that is an "addition" i.e. the sweatshirts add $3 in the 3D puff embroidery listings, this is causing an issue at checkout where it appears wholesale but then it's taken away after the refresh.
We are working in the backend to implement a new app that will not have this glitch as the current app is providing no useful workaround.
In the meantime, please send us an email or message stating you're having this issue and we can send your cart directly back to you with the discount applied. No rebuilding or anything necessary.
