Shipping policy

All items are dropped to the post office within 2 business days of label creation. Allow 15 days for tracking to update. Please remember we can only see the same information you see for tracking, same with USPS or UPS. 

If you are selecting local pickup all orders must be picked up within 30 days before they are removed from the outdoor bin and brought inside due to limited space. We will kindly hold it inside for another 30 days before it is donated.
