Hi, it's me, your least favorite. Here to bring you important information as always.
You will start to notice the prices changing and being fixed on the website. We are working to get everything updated to appear "retail" on the front end but once you're logged in and approved for wholesale you see the discounted rate. With that being said, if you notice anything out of the ordinary at checkout, including if you think your shipping is off, please feel free to reach out and ask and we will clarify or fix it for you.
You will also notice we now have chats available. I've complained for over a year that it wasn't an option for us (more specifically my profile) and i think i squeaked just loud enough to get it fixed. Please use them appropriately and let me know if you have suggestions for others. Right now you've got a general chat, a sale chat and a troubleshooting transfers chat.
